Join us for moving meditation during your lunch break. You can jump in and learn via immersion in these gentle, mindful movements. T'ai Chi Chih is the ancient art of moving meditation, using 19 moves and 1 pose. Instructor Marie Dotts has been practicing for over 25 years and has mentored many instructors. Improve your balance, breathing and reduces stress levels. T'ai Chi Chih can also be a very useful tool for providing the mental stillness to transition into a seated meditation practice, which can prove difficult for some of us with busy, stressful lives. Suitable for any age adult 16-106, and can be done seated or with accommodations. Already familiar with Tai Chi Chich? Do drop in and practice with us.

This is a time to knit and crochet with your fellow crafters. Get tips and help from others and share your own projects, favorite patterns, or "purls" of wisdom. All experience levels and other needle crafters are welcome. Please bring your own supplies.
