T'ai Chi Chih is the ancient art of moving meditation, using 19 moves and 1 pose. Instructor Marie Dotts has been practicing for over 25 years and has mentored many instructors. Improve your balance, breathing and reduces stress levels. T'ai Chi Chih can also be a very useful tool for providing the mental stillness to transition into a seated meditation practice, which can prove difficult for some of us with busy, stressful lives.
