Come and have fun designing and creating a unique simple-to-sew softie. Children in grades 3 – 5 may use hand sewing, running, and hemming stitches to make a colorful and special softie. Parents are encouraged to partner with their child in this fun activity.

WHAT IS SEW A SOFTIE?
Sew a Softie is an initiative that aims to ignite a love of hand sewing in a new generation. It encourages parents and children to turn off their computers, put down their smartphones and discover the fun and fulfillment that comes from creating a simple-to-sew softie together.
