In Erie, Tigers love to read! During the six week long Tiger Tales session emerging readers in Kindergarten through 2nd grade will be paired with a teen volunteer. The tiger and cub pairs will play literacy games, read books, and share a love of reading. On the last Saturday of the session families are invited to join us for light refreshments and a performance of stories written by the tigers and cubs.
This event is intended for children who can read at least partially independently
Each Saturday meeting is 45 minutes long
If the session is full, please add your child to the wait list
If you must miss more than two sessions, your spot will be given to the next person
A parent or guardian must be present at the Library during each meeting
