HerStory is a creative way to celebrate women during Women's History Month. Ladies from our community put their names in a drawing and one by one got matched with their muses. There was an adult drawing and a teen drawing. Each person got to be both a muse and an artist. The artist would hear the muse's life story and then make art in honor of her life. It is a drawing that is more like a web of partners instead of a pairing between only two partners. You are invited to the Artists' Reception of the HerStory artists who made art for their muses. There will be a variety of entertainers performing and a community art project from 11 to 2 pm for free for all ages.
